| Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy? We want you, our client, to be satisfied. If you are not, we will work with you to provide adequate compensation. Do you have a studio? Yes. What are your qualifications? I have over 25 years of field and studio experience and have attended several seminars and workshops. Do you use digital or film? All of our work is done with professional Canon digital equipment. Why digital? Digital is superior to film, I’ll be happy to explain the reasons! Will you have backup equipment available on our wedding day? Yes. What makes you different from other photographers? Our use of a combination of classical and candid style photography along with a very relaxed customer- friendly working atmosphere set us apart. What packages and services do you offer? What are your rates? Please see our services and rates pages for this information.. How quickly will I receive my event proofs? Your proofs will be ready in one to two weeks. How quickly will I receive my finished album? You wedding album will be available for pick-up approximately six weeks after you place your album order. How long do I have to view my proofs before ordering? You have 45 days to view your proofs and place your order at our quoted prices. Do family members and friends order pictures individually? We prefer that all orders come through the bride and groom at the time their album order is placed. Can pictures be ordered after the bride and groom's album order is placed? Yes. Can I print my own pictures and purchase my album elsewhere? Yes, see the services and rates page for complete information about this service. How many weddings do you photograph? Currently, we prefer to limit our weddings to 10-20 per year. Can I keep the digital files? Yes, please see the services and rates page for more information. How long do you keep a set of the master files? The master files are kept for at least two years. Do you require a deposit? Yes, we collect a booking fee for weddings and special events which is due at the time they are booked. Additionally, studio fees are due when the service is received. If I cancel my wedding is the booking fee returned? No. If I change my wedding date after booking with you will you still photograph my wedding? If we are not previously booked for your new date, we will reschedule your wedding without additional charge. Do you require a signed contract to book a wedding? Yes. Do you provide color, black and white, and sepia photography? Yes, all photographs we take can be printed in each of these color choices. How many pictures do you take at a wedding? We shoot approximately 50 to 75 photos per hour of photography. How far are you willing to travel? We are willing to go anywhere with a proper travel fee. Do you use an assistant? Yes, one of my daughters, Cindy or Jerry Ann, will assist me unless your event is exceptionally small. Will you personally take the pictures at my wedding? Yes; however, my daughter may take some shots. |
